On the returns page of our website, you now have the option to exchange the size of your ordered products. Simply select the "Exchange" option when clicking on the link https://www.volcom.de/a/return.

You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for returning your product and a return label that you can download.

Please note that Volcom will refuse to accept any items that are damaged, contaminated, or incomplete (label and original transparent packaging).

Once we receive your return and it has been confirmed by our logistics department, a new exchange order with the desired sizes will be initiated.

You will be informed by email about the progress of your exchange request: return of your package, confirmation of your return, generation of the new exchange order and shipping of the new exchange order.
